Win 7 64 bit is the host O/S.
This is what our CFO sent me
I copied RBDos65 to the Win7 laptop, but the Rbase app says it isn't
compatible on this version - may need 32 or 64 bit version
This is our CFO’s Laptop she wants to run this version of R:BASE for
older Legacy applications.
I have to get this running if possible so any and all recommendations
are very welcome,

If you are using Windows 7 as the host OS, then you could try XP Mode.
