Agreed.  I was not using regions on this form, but may do that.  I am using
grids which can scroll, but may have to give scrolling regions a try.  I
can't see a use for that kind of "correct" behavior, so have managed to
hide them (apparently there is no "show scroll bar" in grids, at least I
haven't found it).
