Christian, if R:Base is not asking you to create a new CFG there must be another copy that R:Base is using. Try searching your drive for the configuration file and delete all copies, then you should be able to create a new one as you need to. This might be because when installing an update you used "server" instead of "typical" when the original update was the other.

My old Rbase 7.6 created a new configuration file for me if I erased it. RBase 9.1 does not seem to do that.
