Technically, "End-of-data encountered" message is produced by the FETCH statement when
the end of the cursor has been reached.

If you can post the exact code, or a sample using RRBYW17/RRBYW18, I can provide you with a solution and/or technique without suppressing the MESSAGES and ERROR MESSAGES.
