I have run across this before and it turns out the #1 file was corrupt.
Check your #1 file and see if it is the same size as a backup copy. Copy the
backup #1 file to the local and then do the rbsync and then try connecting.

Full permissions are available to the network.

I did copy the database to my local drive and have received the same errors.

Check the user rights for that particular folder on the network.

Are you able to CONNect the database when copying and then using the same
database on a local drive?
