Thanks R:azzak, Do you have write up on how to connect a USB or Blue Tooth device to R:Base; it would help me greatly. I have a handheld Samsung XP computer that I could use in the field to read RFID tags.

Has anyone done work in this area? Javier, Using the USB or Blue Tooth via MS Windows OS to Read/Write into R:BASE database is as easy as 1-2-3. However, using Non-MS OS, such Android Phone or Android Tablet PCs, you will either have to use R:Web Application with Custom Plugin or work directly on Web Application on MS Windows Web Server running Apache/PHP/Java/JavaScript regardless of devices running Windows OS or Android. Designing & Deploying R:Web Applications will allow you to take advantage of multi-platforms running various devices such as iPads, Tablet PCs, etc. If you wish, you may contact R:BASE Technologies Custom Application and Development Services Team for such services at mailto:[email protected] Very Best R:egards, Razzak. www.rbase.com www.facebook.com/rbase
