Just change the RStyle setup. On the General Page check the box "LE BECOMES <=, 
etc."

the process you command and let RStyle do the work for you.

I'm assuming that's because RStyle wants everyone to replace these old codes?  
Although they still work, I wouldn't be surprised if at some point they aren't 
supported anymore.  Everytime I modify a really old program I make sure I 
replace all the EQ, GT, LT, etc. that I find
