My big international client just upgraded all our laptops to Windows 7 (not 8). 
  So far everything is good.  Thankfully they purchase corporate licenses of 
RBase so the transfer is seemless there.   But every window that comes up in 
Windows 7 has a "transparent/translucent" title bar at the top that is 
massively annoying.  Who the heck wants to see ghosting of whatever's behind 
the window?   Does anyone know how to change it to save me time googling the 
answer?  Yep, I always try the lazy route first...
