If your application includes "Custom Colors", the custom color palette information must be accessible to the logged-in user. Thus, the "user" must have full access to registry information. -- Example HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\R:BASE Technologies\RBG91_64\Custom Colors\9 What happens when you are logged-in as "Administrator" or a user with administrative privileges?
