The latest update has nothing to do with your own created problem with
assigning date/time stamp to forms and reports.
You will need to re-visit and DEBUG/TRACE the form and report's saving
and closing routines to see if there is something else that is being
incorporated to assign the date/time stamp in your forms and reports.
Hope that provides you with some blue's clues ...
