We have R:BASE eXtreme 9.1 that we purchased in 2011. Our understanding is that in order to be able to print anything from R:base we need to purchase a 1 year Software Assurance Plan in the amount of $145.00 so that we get an Activation Key. We can then print from our two computers that we have a 2 seat license for. If this is the case we need you to send us a bill/invoice for $145.00 so we can get the activation key.

However, if you have purchased the actual License with Product Key, you will need to register and "Activate" the product online to enable all disabled features when evaluating R:BASE.
