Javier,

If you sue Windows Scheduler, don't you also have to specify an amount?

Mike,

When you sue the Windows Scheduler, you MUST specify a user ID and password; without them the scheduled program will not run. Also, make sure the assigned user has the proper privileges and can access the programs in question.

*Subject:* [RBASE-L] - eXtreme 9.5(64) and Windows Task Scheduler

Good afternoon:

Are there any special considerations when using Windows Task Scheduler to launch R:BASE and then have it execute a specified user program?

I'm having some issues with this scenario using eXtreme 9.5(64) on a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit computer. Similar scenario running Windows XP Pro runs just fine.

R:BASE will launch but when it quits to a specified program nothing really happens. The task appears to be running but nothing is being accomplished.

Programs run just fine if they're run interactively.

Thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
