Thank you Razzak for confirming my suspicion and proving the reason for the behavior. Best Regards, Manuel

Any comments and suggestions are most welcome and appreciated. Manuel, By design, when a Sub-Report Control is placed on a report band, the Pass Setting for the report is automatically forced to "Two Pass" due to anticipated recurrent and subsequent data to be calculated in Sub-Report(s). That is the correct behavior. Technically, "Pass Setting" property in the R:BASE Report Designer determines how many times a report traverses the data before generating pages. In addition, if you are using the "Page Set with Description" setting for page numbers, such as, "Page xxx of xxx", Two Pass setting is recommended. Last but not least, "Two Pass" setting is also important when using the "Look Ahead" option for any "DB Calc" controls in Report Designer. Hope that helps!
