There's a couple ways of doing this. But yes, you lasso the columns you want. You can right-click, pick Align, then a box comes up for choices. Under Horizonal, pick "right sides". It will work across all report bands.
Do you have the toolbar enabled? That would be View / Toolbars / Align or Space. One of the icons will have a hint "align right". It has a bar on the right side, and an arrow pointing right. Right align is what I’m looking for, possibly on decimal also, but for the whole “column” across report bands. I lassoed the parts and selected alignment icons, but it moves the selection all the way over to the right side of the report while I need it to stay where it is, but cause all the parts to align. I am also wondering if there is an ‘undo’ option (besides exiting without saving) for when I change something and I need to put it back, Ctrl-Z would be nice. It probably exists, right in front of me, but I don’t know where. Thanks you for your time. Hans Using the latest R:Base 64bit release.
