I would be interested in seeing that code too if possible. We do the same thing now to send info to our service techs, but I haven't figured out how to split the message into segments that meet the text character limits.

Each cell phone provider has an sms, verizon is @vtext.com. I created a table for each provider and when my customers enter their phone number I also have them select their provider. You now have an email address to send a message like '[email protected]'. If you emailed thru reports just put in the email.
