Daniele R:PDF Merge is your best bet with R:Base. Before retiring from the University of Pittsburgh, I had a number of programs that would create PDF files, merge them together and then using R:Mail sent them to the students. With R:PDF Merge you determine what pages go where in the final PDF document.
