On the form properties first page, Check [Auto Scroll] just to the right of the Align selection.

Form size problem:
I think the problem is I don't seem to have vertical scroll bars on the forms I'm trying to create in 9.5. When I look at all the forms I created in 7.6, they had vertical scroll bars when I was in designer and when they were in use. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone here. I don't think I had to manually add them in 7.6 and I don't see a way to add them in 9.5. Am I losing my mind?

Tab confusion:
Maybe I don't understand the whole tab thing. I put a 2nd tab on my form and right-clicked to Add New page, and it only allows me to place the tab objects side by side. I thought I could create a tab that would be the whole size of the form. But if I make my tab object that big, it won't let me add a 2nd one. Right-clicking on a new tab is the only place I've seen to add pages. Is that what you're talking about?

Form Size can be set by clicking the "Form Properties" icon on the toolbar. Set the width and height there, although on my machine with display settings set to 1280 x 1024 the maximum height I could set the form to was 1036.

As to tab pages, you can't go to another page until you have added it. The page that is displayed is everything that is below the TAB.

You should click on the area below the TAB, then add your controls to that area. When you have added additional pages, you click in the area of the tabs themselves and then select NEXT PAGE, PREV PAGE or GOTO to navigate between them.

It is important to click on the body before adding controls as this is the common mistake made with people wondering where their controls disappeared to. It is because whatever area of the form had focus last is where new controls are placed as that is the controls containing object.
