Regarding the removal of the unwanted field, I can select any form object from the object list with my mouse (blue dots appear around it when I do so, just like as if I clicked directly on the object) and then when I hit the delete key on the keyboard… poof, it’s gone.

I went into designer and only see one field (a variable) that calls that eep. I looked at Object List and it appears twice. I can click on the Object List and find one of them, but not the other. I looked in Tabbing order and it only appears once. So I tried to use the left & top coordinates to find the phantom field. The good variable is located Left: 159 and top: 292. The bad one is Left: 161 and Top: 110. I found a field that is near that location and moved it, but there's nothing underneath. I tried to catch it by roping around that area and hitting delete, but it's still in my Object list. I unloaded and loaded the form again, but it's still there. Is there some other way I can delete that field? I still don't know why the eep is executing 3 times either. Thanks, Patti
