Thanks, Jason. I was pretty sure you could assign a password to a spreadsheet but didn't know how. So yeah, I'm still wondering if we have the ability to assign on in the Gateway Export. Good to know that the user can assign it himself; I'd just rather not rely on that!

To require a password to open the file, (this is for Excel 2010, your mileage may vary with other versions) go to File->Info->Protect Workbook->Encrypt with Password. There are other options that will allow for finer grained control under Protect Workbook, and you can also protect just parts of a workbook with some of the commands in the Changes section of the Review tab.
