Yes, as Tony says, but it does depend on your RBase version, which you don't mention. If it's 9.5, then you can go into Help screen, Product Activation, then click the "deactivate" button to free up the license. However, if it's been over a year since installation, I believe you need to have an active Software Assurance Plan in order to deactivate and reinstall.
