I did this on just basic objects just to test and it will work, but for the 
long term, there are a few properties of the dbmemo that are not common to the 
dbedit control that would be orphaned in the description in sys_forms3.

So for my money unless you were going to change everything except TOP LEFT and 
WIDTH of the dbmemo to a basic description of dbedit, I would NOT do this as I 
don't know what problems it might cause at some future time.
