Javier,
Which update and build of 9.5, to be exact?
FWIW ...
The latest updates and builds of R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (32/64) include
many bug fixes
and enhancements related to running R:BASE 9.5 applications under MS
Windows 7,
Windows 8.x, Windows 10, and Windows Server 2012R2 environment.
If you are using the latest Update 5, Build: 9.5.5.20625 or higher, I
recommend to
re-compile your 9.5 application and see what pleasant surprises you
might notice,
including the performance.
