Here's how ...
01. While in Report Designer, select "System Variable" from the list of
Variable Controls Palette, and place it on the "Page Footer" band or
elsewhere you see fit, such as "Page Header".
02. Then, select "Page Set with Description" from the drop-down list of
all available options.
03. Selecting this option will reflect the example as Page 1 of 1
This option will also set the Report Pass Setting as "Two Pass".
04. You may customize the Font Name, Size, and Format as you wish.
That's all there is to it!
Take a close look at all reports included with sample RRBYW18 and RRBYW19
databases.
