get to the next training session .
It is strongly recommended to make a backup of
the database before MIGRATing to R:BASE X.
In addition, the existing 9.5 database MUST be healthy without any -ERROR-s.
Regular database maintenance should avoid all those hassles and surprises!

Mike,
Can you provide more details?
As you know, the first thing you do before any
major or even minor change is to make sure you
have good and working backups; do you have good backups?
Can you copy the original database from your backup?
Do you have both version of the database?
As Karen mentioned, you should still have
version 9.5 installed since the new one does not
erase or replace the old one and you can access
the backup version of your database
Do both database versions have the same name?
Is your application compiled? Does it have the
correct database name and access privilege as the old?
You might try connecting to the database
directly without owner or password (if the old
one has one); I seem to recall that when I did
the conversion the owner and password were gone and I had to enter them again
There is a very detailed procedure to do the
conversion that R:azzak posted and I believe it
is also available on line; did you follow all the steps?
Perhaps with the additional information we can be of more help.

You should still have 9.5 64 installed on your
system. The X install wouldn't have removed it.
