Check your path!  The way I recall you are supposed to set things up is
to have your database in 1 directory, and the Rbase files in another
directory that is listed very early in the path.  Move to the database
directory and type the name of the executable file, rbase65.exe.  Also,
if you have a version that requires LAN Packs I think you have to make
sure you have JUST 1 COPY of the "evil multiuser monitoring file" (I
think it is called server.rbg, and it used to be called server.sy5) in
the path, probably in the same directory as the Rbase files.  Last but
not least, make sure there is no copy of Rbase.cfg in the database
directory and espeically not in the directory with the other Rbase
files....each user should have their own customized version of Rbase.cfg
some where in their path (such as on their local harddrive) that is not
available to any other user.
