Alan,
Thanks for the tip. Having looked at fineprint, I can attest that it is a
nice program with some interesting features, but it still misses my mark on
two counts:
1 - I need full automation - that is, send all output between
OUTPUT PRINTER and OUTPUT SCREEN commands to one standard filename on disk
and let me rename it as I wish without user intervention
2 - I need to be able to save the output in PDF format. fineprint
doesn't offer PDF storage as an option. Having to redirect the output back
to Distiller again requires user intervention that I wish to avoid.
Still, quite a nice little program.
