This is not easy to do with out jumping through some hoops.
You will need 2 extra columns in your table called row_num and col_num.  You 
then need a program that will go through your data and compute which row and 
col that record will fall on the report and then update the table.  Now you 
print your report out sorted by row_num, col_num.
