  It is not real easy but it can be done. If you take a look at
http://www.dean-med.pitt.edu/DeptAdmin/SrElective/SrElectiveMenu.html . This
can be done using temporary tables and some coding. If you want to see the
code email me off the list and I will send it to you. By the way the
department class lists can be created individually or all at once. Once the
user selects how to create the list either one or all there is no more user
interface.

Is there a way to print in columns in a Rbase report or labels?  I want to
create a hardcopy that goes from top to bottom to top column 2 to bottom.
This will be similiar to a dictornary.
