To all:
I've been told that when a table is highlighted in the
database (when issuing a "list tables" command) that it is
locked. Obviously, this does not allow me to run an
UPDATE command unitl the resources are available.
I beleive this is supposed to be a temporary situation
until the processing that is taking place ends at which
time the table is then updatable.
I seem to have a table that spends a lot of time
highlighed. Is there a way to find out who is locking it
and what process is causing it?
