If you set scratch to a specified drive/dir, for example: SET SCRATCH C:\MYSTUFF and you do a ZIP ROLLOUT or a ZIP RETURN, the scratch setting will be erased (It won't be ON or OFF, it will be NULL, but it acts like it is set on).
