No one logged in but...

RBwin 6.x runtime

Application checks that no one else connected before Reload or loading
program updates. NT server has data base on local hard drive on PC not
using application. (Why not on server is another story.)

Can Rbase files be "open" (can't connect with multi off) even if only one
PC connnected?
