A major security problem has been found in all cisco routers. I don't
remember all of the details, but it is effecting people all over the
country.
If you have a cisco router or switch including the dsl modems (cisco 675),
you should disable the web interface. Someone has discovered a way to get
into the routers and do bad things.
If you have one, this is what you should do:
telnet into your router and type:
ENABLE - enter your password
SET WEB DISABLED
WRITE
REBOOT
This will turn off the web interface and hopefully will take care of the
problem.
You can type SHOW WEB to see if it is currently inabled or disabled.
