Good question on where I got it.
I got this from HP's Faxback program. I did this  before the web was a
popular way to disseminate information about products. I tried the number
today, and it has been disconnected.  If you would like I can fax you what I
have directly. I do not know where you can get this on the web or even if
you can.

As far as the commands, I goofed, I switched red color with dfcolor. I am
surprised the other colors worked.
Reverse the definitions for those 2 and it should work.
St color defines the 4 plane raster sets, the dfcolor defines the line
proportion (actually this is not needed for Deskjets in the 800 series). and
for blue color, try this one (it's light blue)  <027 042 118 053 048 083>
