Thanks, Razzak. I was just curious if there happened to be any list that
identified them as to which version they were introduced in rather than the
full lists as shown in RSyntax.com. When up-grading from 4.0 to 6.5+ I just
wanted to avoid looking for those in effect prior to 4.0 on the assumption
the 4.0 DB doesn't contain any that were in effect up to that time.
