Jim,

The good old Convert Express (Convex) utility works 
very well when converting old legacy R:BASE Database 
such as R:BASE 2.11 for DOS. 

If you are converting R:BASE 3.x Database to the 
latest R:BASE 6.5 and higher, I would suggest to 
use the "Manual Conversion" method.

R:BASE 2000 (version 6.5) and higher installation 
includes ALL necessary tools and utilities to help 
you do that. 

You'll find those files under CONVERT directory: 

Example:

C:\RBTI\RBWIN65\CONVERT
