Based on the case log, my understanding of the issue is: You want to know whether it is possible to insert message body and attachment by the same method of inserting email address and subject with keyword "mailto". If I have misunderstood, please feel free to let me know.
 
According to my research, we cannot use "mailto" to insert attachment automatically. However, we do can insert message body directly.
