If you are using exchange to can create the message with all the to, from and body to a file. Place the file in the pickup folder of exchange and thats it. If you want the code let me know and I'll send it to you or post it to the list if others are interested.

Subject: Automating Email

Using Outlook Express, I am able to launch an email with To: filled in, Subject filled in  and Body filled in.  I can't seem to automate the SEND. Seems I have to sit there and click send for each one. Not too bad for my test database of 3 rows but won't do for a mass emailing.  Anybody know how to do this?

Also, interestingly  I send to A, B, & C.  but when I launch these, B comes up first, followed by C then A.  Though it doesn't really matter, I'm curious why that happens.

I'm sorry I'll have to miss the conference and Razzaks bag of tricks for automating email but our trip to France leaves on Oct 20.  returns Nov 4.  It's a Tauk tour.  I'm looking for recommendations on what to do and see during our free time in each city.
