I have found what Bernie says here to be true. I tried it again in RBWin 6.5++ 
and have found no difference. I do not have any single codelocked files so I did 
not test that part of his comment. It does not matter if I try and run the first 
$COMMAND routine or any other in the file. None of them worked for me.
