Hi all!
I know this has been discussed hundreds of times, and I've
kept copies of every message I thought was relevant, but
finally I have a client with a problem and I can't find
a solution. PS: This is a client on 2.11 that I hear from
about once every 2 years. Therefore, I'm not busting my
buns for them...
She has a single user copy of 2.11, running on Win 98.
No network, local printer. Everything fine until she bought
a "Lexmark Z31 ink jet". I don't understand what she means
by this "tab", but she says:
"When I bought the printer I made sure it would
print to old DOS programs, but it doesn't - not to
any of my old DOS stuff, like XTPRO. When you tell it to
print -- then a box comes up that has a tab that the user
can access to set for DOS printing. Nothing happens when
I do that. "
Any clue what she can do?
