By way of background I have been writing RBase applications for my small
retail business since 1986.  

I am something of a lurker on this list....been there since the dark days of
Abacus.....read it avidly but rarely contribute.

Wrote recently to the list about my problems with using SCONNECT on a new
6.5+ WINDOWS application I am writing.

On Thursday I saw that Razzak had replied but my initial email was not
sufficiently clear and his response did not solve the problem...I replied
accordingly. Approx 15 minutes later Razzak calls me (in Vancouver B.C.) and
then spends the next 90 minutes painstakingly trying to solve the problem
over the phone. He narrowed the problem down to an Owner,User,Password
conflict between the two databases. At his request I emailed him both sets
of RBase files. An hour later they are returned cleaned up and ready to go.
The commands now work swiftly and seamlessly.

I have emailed Razzak privately to thank him but I felt I had to share, with
all of you, this example of his unique approach to customer service. We are
a very small (albeit very loyal) RBase user, until Thursday I had met Razzak
once and spoken with him maybe twice. This level of service is quite
exceptional and way beyond what we could reasonably expect!.
