Sharon, Not sure exactly what it is, but highlight files under explorer, right click for attributes, and there SHOULD be a sharable tab on the folder or file. On Win2k Server, I'm not sure the exact syntax, but help, files, sharing should get you better instructions. If it'sa anything like NetWare, highlight files to change, right click mouse, select properties, network info, click sharable, and then apply, and you're all set.
