Well, we did and checked all of Razzak's ideas and my client called today and said it was still happening. I brought the database up on my computer and was finally able to see it happen on mine! (I was beginning to think they were seeing things as this type of thing just isn't suppose to happen!) The tier is 15 records long, I changed the value of maybe the 3rd record down from a null to an '03' and when I clicked on the next record down I saw the value change on a record on about the 10th line. These were the same two records that were also observed changing on the client's database (I have a current copy). Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this problem consistently or I would report it to RBTI. To get around it for now (I hope), I plan to create a separate table with only this value and the linking relational column so that they can proceed with their work. The table that it is currently in has 175 columns and this field is indexed. As I stated earlier, the database was reloaded without errors yesterday. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
