Choose using & in title -- 6.5++ win

I used an & in the title portion of a choose command and when it executes, the & appears as an _   and though I put spaces on both sides it is adjacent to the word following it. Is this a bug or can't u use & in the title?   Bernie Lis, Megabytes, Inc.
