Like this:

EDIT USING MyForm CAPTION 'Hue && Cry'

In the Windows API, the ampersand is used to tell
windows that the following character is the
"accelerator" character.  In order to get a real
ampersand you need to use two of them.  Same for
R:Base buttons, by the way, and in that case it's
_much_ more useful to specify the accelerator
character.
