There is bound to be issues that will arise from this licensing. What if Microsoft was to close it's doors tomorrow?? (You say Microsoft will never close it's doors but look at Enron!! Enron was a giant and left everyone in the dark!!)
How would you re-activate your license?? or Imagine the trouble you would go through if someone else had the same license number!! or In this day and age who knows what other personal info your computer is sending!!(There is software out there already doing this as we speak!!) Food for thought Dan -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of MikeB Sent: Wednesday, January 23, 2002 3:30 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [Off Topic] - Access Not true on the license cancellation Scott, but you will have to call microsoft for a code to reactivate it. The goal is to prevent a single copy of the OS from being installed on Many machines. Why on earth would anyone want that? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Scott Salisbury" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, January 23, 2002 5:59 PM Subject: Re: [Off Topic] - Access > Over the years, the books in the bookstore > have been a very accurate measure of what's > popular.
