Actually, I would even take those printers off of the server and attach them to a Netport. It takes a lot of overhead off of the server. I am sure it will work better if you BUY the Netport instead of "going by" one as I stated below.
Each Netport can have 2 parellel and 1 serial printer attached to it. I personally don't have any serial printers. I set them up to be printers attached to the Novell Print Server servicing Novell Print Queues. They can also be configured to be their own print servers. It is easier to manage everything using the Novell Print server. If your server is over loaded, I would set them up as their own print server to off load the server overhead to the Netports.
