01. Make sure that there is ONLY one OTERRO.CFG file
in path with MULTI ON.
02. Depending on the Oterro 2.5 license, if you are
using the "Single User" version, then make sure
that there is no one else connected to the same
database.

03. Make sure that the settings for OTERRO.CFG and
RBASE.CFG files in path, are the same, especially
the following:
. MULTI
. TRANSACT
. AUTOCOMM
. COMPATIB
. STATICDB
. FASTLOCK
Also,
01. During the design mode, are you able to see all
TABLES, VIEWS and COLUMNS?
02. Make sure that your database CHARacter SETtings
are ODBC compliant.
