Question......can we at least confirm this as a problem?  If it's happening on Win2k 
servers and Novell servers it should be worth the effort to track it down.  I
could probably try to see if it's a network traffic issue by using a packet sniffer, 
but I don't want to reinvent the wheel.  Did you narrow it down to anything?
or exclude anything?
