I personally like the book "HTML Second Edition" from sybex. You then use a series of write and select command to make your html file. Take a look at the SELECT command and it has an HTML option also. You could also do something like: (I will change open angle brackets to square brackets so it doesnt mess w/ your e-mail format.)
