Am I right in thinking that R:Base can only display BitMap images correctly at the moment?
I saw a brief error message that I haven't been able to re-obtain about "this version of R:Base cannot display this type of image yet" but, for instance, JPG images seem to be displayed ok. (I'm using the latest Windows patched version.) I have just started displaying images that are stored in the database. As the filesize of BitMaps is gigantic compared to the same image as a JPG it would be much better if I could use the smaller format.
